01 General Provisions

03 Age Verification and Eligibility

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Designated payment methods must be used for all financial transactions on gb99. A minimum amount is set for each deposit and withdrawal transaction.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposited funds will only go to the account designated at the time of registration.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals typically take 10 to 45 minutes to complete. gb99 reserves the right to verify identity before approving a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Validity

All financial transactions must be made from the user's own payment account. Transactions made using a third party's account are prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated account may be suspended.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

gb99 runs various bonus and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming on the gb99 platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the required wagering is completed.
• Using multiple bonus offers at the same time may not be possible.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

gb99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; and Platinum — up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier is based on regular play and activity. The weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss, which is the total losses for the week minus total winnings.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on gb99 are conducted under specific rules. Users are required to follow these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered final only when the system confirms it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the user's account. gb99 reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any betting bot or automated software.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of an event from the same or different accounts to guarantee a bonus.
• Exploiting technical faults or bugs in the platform for unfair gain.
• Placing bets using another user's account.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.

6.3 Results and Payouts

Bet results are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. Winnings will be credited to the account automatically. Any objection to a result must be raised with the support team within 24 hours.

07 Account Cancellation and Suspension

gb99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Suspension or Cancellation

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information at registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Using a third party's payment account.
• Being identified as a person under 21 years of age.
